1Who we are
This website (noirandgold.global) is operated by Noir & Gold (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are the controller responsible for the personal data collected through it.

2The information we collect
- Enquiry details you give us. When you complete our enquiry form we collect your name, email address, telephone number (if provided), the name of any existing principal who introduced you (if provided), and the content of your message.
- Usage data. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to collect anonymous statistical information about how the site is used — such as pages viewed, approximate region, and device or browser type. See “Cookies” below.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we do not collect special-category data through this site.
3How we use it, and our legal bases
- To respond to your enquiry and consider your application for membership — our legitimate interests, and steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
- To operate, secure and improve the website — our legitimate interests.
- To measure website usage through analytics — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
4Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small file stored on your device. We keep these to a minimum:

Analytics cookies are set only after you select “Accept” on our cookie banner. Until then, Google Analytics runs in a consent-denied mode and stores no cookies or identifiers on your device. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Preferences link (also in the footer), or by clearing cookies in your browser.
5Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with:
- Google (Google Analytics) — our analytics processor, and only where you have consented. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Our hosting provider — which stores the website, and any enquiry you submit, on our behalf.
- Professional advisers or authorities — where we are legally required to do so.
6International transfers
Some providers (including Google) may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards — such as UK/EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision — are in place.
7How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only for as long as necessary to respond to you and, where relevant, to manage our relationship, after which it is securely deleted. Analytics data is retained for up to 26 months.
8Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email lifestyle@noirandgold.global.

If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can help. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
