The Approach

Noir & Gold is not a directory of suppliers, not a card and not an app. It is a private office with a standing brief to anticipate rather than react, and the judgement to know the difference.

Introduction

Membership begins with a trusted introduction and an unhurried first conversation. It establishes how we may serve — and, just as often, whether we are right for one another. We take on very few new members in a year, and we say no more than we say yes.

Your principal

One point of contact, supported by a second who knows your file as well. They learn your preferences, your household, your calendar and your tolerances. In time, most of what they do for you is done before you ask.

Without trace

Every arrangement is handled in absolute confidence, and confidentiality survives the membership. We have never published a client name, a photograph or a testimonial. Where you require it, we act without your name attached to anything at all.

Our principals are career private secretaries and estate managers. Between them they have run households, boards and family offices for more than twenty-five years. It is the reason a request is answered rather than forwarded.

There are no call-out fees and no per-request charges. Terms are agreed privately once we both understand the shape of the work, and they are reviewed with you, never revised at you.

Applications are read personally by our membership committee. If a matter is urgent, say so in your note — we will treat it that way.
